Nel caso della consulenza online, ti invio tutta la documentazione grafica (planimetrie, immagini 3D, ecc.) e le informazioni necessarie affinché l’impresa di costruzioni da te scelta possa realizzare il progetto. Consiglio i materiali da acquistare, le quantità, ecc. Mi interfaccio anche con il responsabile dei lavori in caso di imprevisti o se qualcosa non è del tutto chiaro.

Se scegli una consulenza diretta, oltre a quanto sopra, sarò presente in cantiere per verificare che tutto proceda secondo i piani.

Quali sono le tue tariffe?

Il preventivo finale dipenderà dalle dimensioni del progetto, poiché i miei servizi sono personalizzati e ci sono molti fattori in gioco, come il numero di stanze da coinvolgere, le dimensioni degli spazi, la quantità di materiale e il tempo a disposizione per svolgere il lavoro.

Organizzi tutto da solo o hai bisogno del mio aiuto?

È importante che tua sia coinvolt@ nel processo. Ti invito a partecipare. Dovrai fare delle scelte molto personali che dipendono dalle tue abitudini e dal modo in cui utilizzi le tue cose. Inoltre, mentre pulisci lo spazio, stai anche «pulendo» il tuo io interiore, ti stai togliendo un peso dalle spalle (letteralmente), ecco perché è importante che tu sia presente.  Detto questo, non è assolutamente necessaria la tua presenza se non hai tempo.

The final budget will depend on the size of the project, as my services are personalised and there are many factors at play, such as the number of rooms to intervene, the size of the spaces, the amount of stuff and the time we have to do the job.

Do you organise it yourself or do you need my help?

It is important that you are involved in the process. I invite you to join in. You will have to make very personal choices that depend on your habits and how you use your things. Also, while you are cleaning the space, you are also «cleaning» your inner self, you are taking weight off your shoulders (literally), that’s why it is important for you to be present. That said, you don’t absolutely have to be present if you don’t have the time.

Do you only take care of the plans, or do you also take care of the purchase of materials and labour?

In the case of online consultancy, I send you all the graphic documentation (plans, 3D images, etc) and the necessary information so that the construction company you choose can carry out the project. I advise you on what materials to buy, quantities, etc. I also communicate with the person in charge of the work in case there are any unforeseen events or if something is not entirely clear.

If you choose face-to-face consultancy, in addition to the above, I will also be present on site to check that everything is going according to plan.

Se soddisfatto e pronto ad iniziare, mi invierai un anticipo e ci metteremo subito al lavoro. È solo l’inizio di un grande cambiamento. Sono con te!
