Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only take care of the plans, or do you also take care of the purchase of materials and labour?
In the case of online consultancy, I send you all the graphic documentation (plans, 3D images, etc) and the necessary information so that the construction company you choose can carry out the project. I advise you on what materials to buy, quantities, etc. I also communicate with the person in charge of the work in case there are any unforeseen events or if something is not entirely clear.
If you choose face-to-face consultancy, in addition to the above, I will also be present on site to check that everything is going according to plan.
From €400 – The cost of the service will vary according to the number of rooms to be intervened and the size of the spaces.
A 50% payment is made upon acceptance of the estimate, and the other 50% on the day of delivery of the project.
Once the first 50% payment has been made, I will deliver all the documentation (plans, 3D designs, etc.) in approximately two weeks.
